Director of Southampton Operations Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Four (4) years of progressive full-time operational management, project management, and administrative experience. Supervisory experience. Experience with budget oversight. Experience utilizing computer software such as Microsoft suite, Google suite, 25Live, and/or Wolfmart. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Five (5) or more years of full-time operational management, project management, and administrative experience. Experience working in a higher education setting. Event planning experience. Experience acting as a primary liaison or representative for executive leadership. Brief Description of Duties: The Director of Southampton Operations is a key member of the School of Health Professions (SHP) Dean’s Office and serves as the Dean’s primary representative for all SHP activities on the Southampton (SH) campus.
