Overview Fisher Investments Ireland is searching for an EMEA Employee Relations Coordinator who is looking to get their “foot-in-the-door” and learn more about the Employee Relations function. The Employee Relations function is focused on providing support and advice to employees and managers on a range of people issues, including but not limited to absence, wellbeing, disciplinaries and performance. The Opportunity: The Coordinator works within the EMEA Employee Relations and Onboarding team to assist the firm with various tasks, ensures a timely response to internal and external questions, and provides feedback to the department regarding process and service improvements. You will be working side-by-side with all members of the team and departments, assisting with various onboarding, administrative, and select employee related matters. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with various items tied to the employment lifecycle and all groups/mangers across the organisation.
