Mechanics Bank is currently hiring a Sr. Commercial Review Appraiser to join our team. The Sr. Commercial Review Appraiser will manage internal and third party commercial appraisal assignments. Review appraisal reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and bank requirements, as well as standard appraisal methodology. What you will do: Review commercial appraisal reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and bank requirements as well as standard appraisal methodology. Prepare technical or administrative appraisal review documents (per policy) per USPAP Standards 1 through 3. Manage commercial appraisal assignments from receipt of assignment of appraisal request through completion of internal review. Input accurate data/metrics and maintain appraisal review job files on all department systems (i.e. RIMS, Global DMS eTrac, etc.) of assigned jobs.
