Description Artist-in-Residence: Photography Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for an Artist-in-Residence (Photography) position in the Visual Arts Department. The Artist in Residence would teach three courses in introductory and upper-level photography practices, mentor Independent Studies, and create self-designed areas of engagement with F&M and the city of Lancaster. To support our Artists in Residence, F&M will provide full access to our libraries and resources and seek to facilitate collaboration with our faculty, students, and the local community. Residency expectations: Teach 1 course in the fall semester, 2 in the spring semester, and mentor 1-2 Independent Studies in either semester Exhibit work in the Winter Visual Arts Center’s Russo Gallery Offer a public artist presentation of their work to the college and the greater Lancaster community. Explore ways their research and work could engage with the F&M and the city of Lancaster.
