Overview Industrial Engineer (SIOP-2026-25079): Bowhead seeks an Industrial Engineer to join our team in providing program management support in a broad range of services to and assisting our US Navy clients. The Industrial Engineer will evaluate current manufacturing practices, manage production schedules, process work flows, enforce quality control, and improve production processes across the 4 public shipyards(PHNS, PSNS, PNSY, and NNSY) on behalf of PMO 555. This position does not allow for telecommuting and all work will be performed on-site in at one of the following Naval Shipyards: Kittery, ME, Norfolk, VA, Bremerton, WA, or Washington, DC, with travel to the other Shipyards as required. Responsibilities: The SIOP Industrial Engineer will also be actively involved in the management of Modeling and Simulation (MODSIM) efforts across the shipyards to track layouts, floor plans, and equipment staging to ensure lean, streamlined access and up-to-date logs (utilizing RFID or other tracking tools).
