Pay: $13.75 + piece rate Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5 pm MST Location: Hybrid "In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Overview: Payment Analysts handle various urgent payment issues and confirm payments were made by our automated payment systems here at Conservice. Responsibilities: As a Payment Analyst, you will: - Handle early and urgent payments - Repay bills added by the Bank Rec team - Research bills that have been partially paid by automation Qualifications & Preferred Skills: - A sense of urgency to make sure we get payments out quickly for company and client needs - Problem-solving to make sure we finish our bills and what we are working on - Punctuality to make sure we hit needed daily deadlines - Professional and clear communication - Organized - Self Motivated - Adaptability Qualifications: Education: - High school diploma or equivalent
