Description ATTENTION! $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! 24 Hours per Week! Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is looking for a Part-time LPN or RN for The Greenbriar Center - Washington, PA location. Schedule will vary. Our nurses provide direct patient nursing care which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments. Responsibilities: - Administers medications. - Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments. - Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered. - Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care. - Intervenes in crises and other emergency situations and provides admission phone triage. - Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate. - Provides patient health education. - Completes employee health duties. - Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.
