Systems Integrator - Industrial Automation

ZPI, a ProMach brand, develops the Zarpac Performance Index (ZPI) manufacturing performance improvement software used in high‑speed food, beverage, pharma, and personal care packaging environments. We are seeking an Intermediate Systems Integrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of industrial automation, controls, and manufacturing software, supporting the integration and commissioning of real‑time production data systems at customer manufacturing sites. This position is primarily based out of our Oakville, ON office and follows a hybrid work schedule, with flexibility to work from home when not traveling or on‑site with customers. What You’ll Be Doing: - Integrating and commissioning ZPI software in live manufacturing and packaging environments - Reviewing PLC and HMI code to identify and validate production data - Configuring and troubleshooting OPC DA / OPC UA communications - Supporting customers through commissioning, go‑live, and post‑implementation - Collaborating with customer controls, engineering, and operations teams - Participating in customer meetings to review project status and technical requirements - Creating and maintainin...
