Who we are looking for The Vice President (VP) will provide Global Leveraged Loans portfolio management, trading, and credit analysis activities across Leveraged loans and Private Credit portfolios within Global Credit Finance. Through partnering closely with the Bank’s strategic Private Markets clients, the VP will structure and analyze Private Credit transactions, including bilateral transactions. As the Leveraged Loans portfolio manager, this role has responsibility for ongoing decision making around portfolio names and exposure levels, as well as ongoing risk and surveillance processes in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role partners closely with Treasury, Risk Management and Investor Relations.
