Department: Sales/Delivery Reports To: Route Supervisor: Location: Hazelwood, MO: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Pay Range + other compensation components: Starts at $27.75 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Thrift, Life Insurance, Company provided uniforms Standard Hours: Guaranteed 8 hours/day, flexibility to work Saturdays, with one day off per week required. Key Responsibilities: - Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). - Follow all company safety rules and policies. - Operate company-owned or leased trucks over 4 tons to support shipping and receiving operations. - Transport, pick up, and relocate creamery products and materials as assigned. - Conduct pre-, during-, and post-operation vehicle inspections and complete all required maintenance reports. - Deliver exceptional customer service during all pickup and delivery activities. - Maintain all certifications required by the Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA, and company safety programs. - Preserve and protect all company property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition. - Accurately complete all required documentation for bookkeeping and inventory tracking. - Perform additional duties as assigned to su...
