As Manager Casework for our NSW Southern region, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and supporting LWB team members to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and families in both our Intensive Therapeutic Care and Family Based Care programs. The role involves ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services, promoting respectful casework, and providing guidance, training, and development to employees. This is a hybrid position with flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be based in Wollongong as travel across the Southern region will be required.
