Field Technician for Drone Operations | Full Time | Oslo, Norway We are looking for a hands-on and resilient Drone Flight Operations Technician to support and execute our drone operations in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, and deployment of our Meteodrone and Meteobase systems and for ensuring day-to-day operation. You will report to the Drone Maintenance Manager and work closely with operations and engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable drone missions for high-quality weather data collection. If required, you will support the flight operations with piloting and monitoring of drone flights. The ideal candidate enjoys practical fieldwork in sometimes harsh environmental conditions, has a solid technical understanding of drone systems, and is comfortable operating in dynamic environments, including outdoor and remote locations. In addition, the ideal candidate enjoys frequent traveling domestically as part of the role and is willing to do a training period of 1-3 months in Switzerland.
