LNA | AMU/PACU | Per Diem

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LNA to join our AMU/PACU team. In this role, you will support nurses and providers in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care to surgical patients throughout their perioperative experience. In this per diem position, we are looking for someone who has availability Monday-Friday 5:30a-6p/6a-6:30pm, at least one shift per week. You will also be trained to draw labs on our patients at one of our outpatient lab facilities and have that training supported and reinforced in the department during orientation. Summary: Under the general direction of the Resource Person, the Licensed Nursing Assistant 2 / Health Unit Coordinator is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the department, as well as direct and indirect patient care which includes Activities of Daily Living ( ADL) and personal care needs. Education: High school or GED preferred. Required: Proof of LNA Education Certificate and Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing Results (as required by NH Board of Nursing).
