Job Description: Job: Reliability Specialist Shift: Nights: Location: Mars Petcare - Aurora, NE (NEA) Purpose of Role: The Reliability Specialist's role is to take an in-depth look into the equipment in the factory, determine its health/condition, and then make proactive choices on equipment repairs or PMs. This role must proactively identify and action risks to safety, food safety, quality and production losses. The Reliability Specialist must be a leader and a teacher in predictive technologies like laser alignment, balancing, proper lubrication, and ultrasonic detection for all technical associates. The specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing a technical training program for reliability technicians and must be able to operate almost completely autonomously to complete required predictive maintenance tasks.
