Description Huntington’s Managing Director, Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) is a senior leader responsible for originating, developing and managing relationships with diverse financial sponsors, including private equity firms and other multi-strategy asset managers. Our new colleague will manage client coverage and strategy, collaborating across corporate client coverage and product teams to deliver advice, relationships access, value added ideas and comprehensive financial solutions. The Managing Director will have a defined client and prospect coverage list and is expected to develop relationships with these firms to meet individual and team financial goals, contribute to the overall growth of the FSG and Huntington Bank, across Huntington Capital Markets and Capstone. This position requires a strong command of capital markets, investment banking, M&A, leveraged finance and credit fundamentals, with the ability to think creatively, collaborate across partner groups and drive for results while aligning with Huntington’s risk appetite and market conditions.
