About Tektome Tektome is building AI-native software for the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). Our platform helps leading architecture firms, contractors, engineers, and developers manage compliance, operational knowledge, and complex workflows using AI-first systems. We believe the next generation of AEC software will not simply digitize existing processes, it will fundamentally reshape how firms operate. Today, Tektome products are already in production at major Japanese AEC firms, with growing expansion across the UK, Europe, and North America. We are now looking for a UK & Europe-focused Solution Architect to help drive deep customer discovery, operational understanding, and solution design across Tier 1 AEC engagements. About the Role: This is not a traditional SaaS Solutions Architect role. We are looking for someone with deep experience inside major AEC consultancies who understands how Tier 1 firms actually operate, from design coordination and BIM workflows to regulatory compliance and organizational knowledge management.
