Job description

Your main responsibilities: - Operate industrial sewing machines and hand tools to assemble fabric components, ensuring precision and quality in accordance with provided patterns and specifications. - Seam and join fabric pieces, adding necessary reinforcements, zippers, or other components as required for the final product. - Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities, addressing and rectifying any issues to meet quality standards. - Work closely with team members, including fabric cutters and assemblers, to ensure seamless coordination in the production process. - Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. - Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency in the sewing department. - Organize and manage materials efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring proper labeling and documentation. - Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any relevant data for reporting purposes.
