JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Coordinator, under the direction of the Materials Manager performs the daily activities of leading, overseeing and assisting in activities of Supply Department personnel to ensure optimal level of departmental client service and communication efforts. Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking, filling and sending supplies ordered by clients, phlebotomists and within the laboratory. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Assist the Materials Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Supply Department. - Serve as project leader in the development and implementation of training, QA programs and department protocols. - Assist in shipping, receiving, and inventory control of all client/phlebotomy supplies, lab office supplies, and equipment. - Maintain the perpetual inventory and subsequent delivery of supplies to all locations. - Fill all orders daily for clients, phlebotomists and internal departments that come in via fax, email, and interdepartmental mail. - Problem solves via phone/email by contacting clients/phlebotomists and internal departments. - Verify with manager outstanding supplies ordered by clients/phlebotomists and internal departments. - Keep...
