The Suffolk University Law School Center for Housing Justice & Policy (CHJP) is seeking excellent attorney candidates for a full-time Clinical Fellow position. CHJP is a groundbreaking initiative at Suffolk University Law School aimed at addressing the challenges of the multifaceted housing crisis. CHJP brings together faculty, staff, and students to tackle a wide range of housing issues, including housing discrimination. The Clinical Fellow will work as a member of the CHJP and the Accelerator to Practice team s , which are part of Suffolk Law School’s nationally recognized Clinical Programs . The Fellow will focus primarily on litigation and enforcement of fair housing rights, and will perform a range of duties including, but not limited to: Qualifications: CHJP is seeking a lawyer with 1-5 years of legal experience, inclusive of experience in a law clinic. Experience in fair housing, civil rights law, and/or landlord/tenant law is strongly preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
