Overview Post Title: Directorate Business Manager Post Status: Permanent Contract Department: Critical Care & Anaesthetic Directorate (CC&A) Location: Beaumont Hospital, affiliated sites and services Reports to: Chief Operations Officer/Head of Surgical Operations Salary: Appointment will be made on the Grade VIII salary scale (€83, 081 - €100,205) at a point in line with Government pay policy. Hours of work: Full-Time 35 hours per week Closing Date: 12:00 noon on 29/4/2026 Position Summary: The Business Manager is an integral member of the Directorate Management Team, providing strategic leadership to ensure the operational management and service delivery of Slaintecare targets and local KPI’s are met. The post holder works and reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO)/Head of Surgical operations, and will work in collaboration with the Clinical Director in CC&A, the Directorate Nurse Manager, and the Theatre Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role is pivotal in optimising CC&A capacity in Beaumont Hospital, St Joseph’s hospital in Raheny and offsite Surgical Hub.
