Job Description: The BTS Process Analyst is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining e-record management workflows, repositories, and protocols within the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Technology Quality Enablement team. This role centers on ensuring that the records related to technology processes are organized, secure, and accessible for cross-functional collaboration and regulatory compliance.
