We’re looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to help deliver new El Jannah restaurants from concept to opening. This role balances office-based administration with on-site coordination, ensuring every project meets our quality, safety, and compliance standards. What you’ll do: - Manage the approvals and certification process, liaising with certifiers, councils, and builders to secure Occupation Certificates. - Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and budgets in line with Construction Manager timelines. - Conduct site visits to track progress, identify defects, and ensure issues are resolved before handover. - Build strong working relationships with builders, contractors, franchise partners, and regulatory bodies. - Support on-site coordination and assist with permits and approvals across multiple states.
