Position Summary: The Senior Power Trader will maximize value from cogeneration assets and broader ERCOT consumption. This role will actively manage volatility and margin targets, focusing on spark spread optimization and creating incremental value. The trader will operate within a disciplined risk framework (limits, governance, reporting), partnering closely with operations and risk/control functions to ensure compliance. This is a growth role expected to help develop and scale financial power trading capabilities over time to expand the organization’s value capture toolkit.
