Work Flexibility: Field-based Position summary: Project Managers have accountability and authority for achieving a project’s objectives. They direct a multi-disciplinary team aiming to complete a project. Project managers build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. They have success in closing projects while aligning with business objectives. This position is field-based and requires residence within the Tampa, FL area. Essential duties & responsibilities: Project Lifecycle and Logistics: Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project. Communicate changes and adjustments to plan based on product, install or customer delays. Lead forecasting, scheduling, and scoping for large volume projects Directs project team to ensure engineering review documents and all project documents are uploaded to project plan. Lead project through review process and organize task tracking for considerations outside of scope.
