By providing seamless, accurate billing and onboarding support, we remove administrative hurdles so they can stay focused on their life-changing work. As a Billing and Onboarding Specialist within the Credit & Collections team, you are responsible for the accurate distribution of invoices and will manage customer onboarding and billing workflows. This role requires high technical precision to ensure "right-first-time" billing, directly supporting the company's cash flow and DSO targets.
