Summary of the Job: The Marketing Strategy Manager leads a team responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention throughout the customer lifecycle. This role provides strategic direction and people leadership to ensure integrated marketing plans are aligned to business objectives and deliver specific customer behaviors and growth targets. The manager oversees team development, ensures cross-functional alignment with Performance Marketing, Product, and Vertical teams, and guides the strategic planning process that optimizes marketing performance across all channels while maintaining profitability.
