Department: 36300 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Administration: Radiology Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Day shift, filling in for PTO requests Pay Range: $20.80 - $31.20 Major Responsibilities: Accurately collects and analyzes all required demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data necessary to schedule patients for procedures and/or diagnostic testing 7)Maintains confidentiality of patient records according to HIPAA standards. 8)Monitors work volumes, identifies problems, and notifies management when additional support is necessary. 1)Schedules patients using established procedure for Interventional and Diagnostic areas. 2)Responsible for accurate data entry. 3)Follows through on obtaining accurate information on all scheduled patients. 4)Collects and documents all third party payor information for each patient maintaining current knowledge of all payor mechanisms as they relate to the registration process. 5)Generates, assembles and processes all required documents for completion of each scheduled patients including orders, history and physicals and distributes these on a timely basis to both in...
