OF POSITIONS: 1: Job Summary: Performs secretarial work of average difficulty and involving some independent judgment for the Political Director. Also performs general functions and related work as required. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Political Director. Must be well organized and possess outstanding secretarial skills. Qualifications: - Supports campaigns, mobilizations, and programs of the Political Action department - Provides support to and clear communication with the department staff - Coordinates onboarding of Member Political Organizers and other temporary employees, including safeguarding members’ sensitive documents - Maintains accurate attendance records - Arranges for meetings and conferences, including booking travel and lodging as necessary - Prepares and receives information concerning matters related to the department - Schedules appointme...
