In this role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining network integrity and ensuring seamless service for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting basic network issues, and providing excellent customer service. ***This position is based on-site at our Network Operations Center in Mobile, AL.
