Job Summary: The Pipefitter Helper I supports mechanics in installing hydronic systems by assisting with positioning, aligning, and assembling components. This role requires a proactive attitude, basic tool knowledge, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be punctual, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments are essential. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Shows up on time every day with a willingness to learn - Positive attitude and keeps a good morale on-site - Know the different types of fittings, pipe sizes, and material types - Starting to see the needs of the Mechanic and having them ready before being asked - Ability to inspect tools, cords, and fire extinguishers. - Has Hand tools to perform the task - Take the initiative to start new tasks without direction. - OSHA 10 - Understanding of the OPS system (Tier zero trackers) - Willingness to learn. - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Basic knowledge of tools - Willingness to install different hydronic systems.
