SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support and optimize our end‑to‑end OTC processes. The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of SAP OTC modules, hands-on experience in the CPG or Wholesale sector, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Process Optimization: - Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of OTC processes within SAP ECC or S/4HANA. - Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to identify gaps, define requirements, and recommend best‑practice solutions. - Configure and enhance SAP modules related to Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Credit Management , and Customer Master Data . Project Execution & System Deployment: Industry Expertise – CPG & Wholesale - Support full project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams involved in Procure‑to‑Pay, Logistics Execution, Demand Planning, Finance , and Master Data . - Apply industry-sp...
