Job Overview: Reporting to the Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for: - Cultivate a team that embodies our Co-op brand values: Locally Invested, Community-Minded, and Lifetime Membership Benefits. - Collaborate with the Food Store Manager to develop operating plans, budgets, and adjustments to meet or exceed department goals. - Oversee purchasing, inventory management, invoicing, and pricing strategies to optimize sales and margins while maintaining minimal shrink. - Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety programs and asset protection protocols. - Manage scheduling, daily workload delegation, and team performance, including hiring, training, coaching, and conflict resolution. - Attend management and training meetings as required and work coop...
