Default Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 40 Salary range: $60.58 - $92.01 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Hour employee Department: Biomed Engineering Job Objective: Manages the delivery of quality, cost effective Biomedical services by supervising the inspection, maintenance, repair, and calibration of equipment used in medical therapy and diagnosis. Assists in the development of policies, procedures, budgets, and departmental planning. Provides technical supervision and administrative support to the Biomed team. Verifies that appropriate policies and procedures are followed to provide patient safety and to satisfy regulatory agency requirements including JCAHO, DHS, FDA, CAP, AABB, HIPPA, etc. Works closely with in-house and outside service and materials vendors to keep contracts, materials, and service at the highest quality and most reasonable cost possible.
