About the Role: Champion & Nash is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Helper to assist the Lead Installer in completing installations efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time role that will report into the Install Manager and be based out of our growing Pasadena, TX office. This role is ideal for someone who has experience as an HVAC install helper or apprentice and is looking to take the next step toward becoming a Lead Installer in the near future. What You’ll Do: Assist Lead Installer with all installations, while being efficient and accurate Help with properly staging jobs by ensuring everything is present and adhering to quality standards Support maintaining a clean and organized job site Participate in trainings and meetings to develop professionally Complete ultimately and accurate paperwork: Have or be willing to get any proper certifications as needed We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have 2+ years of experience as an HVAC install helper or appre...
