This person will be responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and the Florida Retirement System Pension and Investment plans. OUR ORGANIZATION: The Office of Legislative Services provides centralized administrative, management and support services to the Florida Senate, House of Representatives and other legislative offices. The HR Office reports to the Coordinator for the Office of Legislative Services. The HR Office oversees employment processes such as attendance and leave, onboarding, payroll, workers compensation and benefits administration for the Florida Legislature.
