Maintenance Manager You know how to maintain a building and the equipment in it. You also understand the importance of hospitality and how to train and supervise a team to deliver on the promise of “all things in working order”. You are the in charge of the Maintenance/Engineering Department’s success. In the role of Maintenance Manager , you will - Be A Point Person – manage the maintenance/engineering department including selecting, training, and overseeing the staff which maintains the physical operation of the hotel including building structure, fixtures, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems and grounds. It is your job to support the mission of a safe, secure and comfortable guest environment from a physical plant perspective, as well as a positive guest and employee experience. - Walk the Talk – in you role, you need to be walking your hotel every day – getting out and inspecting the areas you are responsible for and training or retraining the team when things don’t meet expectations.
