What you’ll do: - Lead and manage traffic engineering projects including traffic operations studies, intersection and corridor analysis, and traffic signal design. - Perform and oversee traffic modeling and simulation using tools such as Synchro, HCS, and VISSIM to support planning and design decisions. - Develop detailed plans for traffic signals, signing and pavement markings, and traffic control in compliance with MUTCD, AASHTO, and state/local standards. - Conduct safety assessments, intersection improvement studies, and access management evaluations to enhance roadway...
