Position Title Physician - Hospitalist Liberty Hospital: Position Summary / Career Interest: Liberty Hospital, now part of The University of Kansas Health System, is seeking a hospitalist to join its expanding team in delivering the highest quality of care. The candidate will provide inpatient medical care following a seven-days-on, seven-days-off schedule, including 20 weekends annually. Patient care shifts are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM , with the possibility of one extended weekend shift ending at 7:00 PM. Swing shift admission coverage is from 4:00 PM to midnight, Monday through Thursday. Overnight in-house coverage is managed by nurse practitioners. The candidate will also have an opportunity to participate in procedures but will not be required.
