National Accounts Project Coordinator The National Accounts team serves as a single, strategic point of contact—representing the full breadth of Southern Company’s capabilities—for some of the company’s most complex and influential national customers. The Project Coordinator role is responsible for providing support to 2-3 National Account Managers who focus on direct customer relationships and strategic engagement. Support activities range from new project intake, billing inquiries, rate analysis, issue resolution, outage management, data reporting (KPIs, dashboards) and more. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding billing questions, service issues, outages, programs, incentives, etc. and provide proactive communication to ensure high satisfaction - Understand and explain complex rate structures to customers; conduct annual rate analysis including real-time pricing evaluations for major customers - Aid in project managing construction of new facilities, installation of EV charging and resiliency solutions, expansion of existing buildings, and more involving internal and external cross-functional teams - Conduct market/customer research; create pre...
