As Counsel, you will help shape our Company’s long-term strategy, and drive its mission of providing access to capital for under-served small businesses. Directly reporting to our Assistant General Counsel, you will play a critical role in advancing our legal and compliance initiatives. In this role you will: Case Law Analysis : Evaluate shifts in statutory frameworks and case law to mitigate regulatory risk and advise leadership on necessary operational adjustments Business Partnership : Work closely with other business units across the company, auditing practices and implementing procedures to mitigate risk.
