Job Description: - Lead a multi-year data transformation initiative involving cutting-edge technology and AI. - Orchestrate delivery across 14 Agile teams, serving as an Agile Coach to guide the business through transformation. - Program-level release planning and dependency management, act as the dedicated Scrum Master for architecture and engineering team. - Schedule, plan, and control the release lifecycle. - Drive cross-team coordination, manage dependencies, conduct release readiness reviews, and collaborate with 3rd-party vendors and internal IT departments. - Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) for the architecture team.
