Hardware Project Lead

YOUR ROLE: Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of all Hardware (HW) project milestones. Drive risk management, compliance, and execution excellence across Electrical and Mechanical hardware development. Ensure the HW team fulfills all project deliverables according to PDP, MOS, customer expectations, and internal quality standards. Promote transparency, root-cause resolution, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Support cost improvement initiatives, PCR Interim Approvals, and accurate MOS dashboard reporting. Key responsibilities: Lead hardware project execution from concept through DV/PV and production release. Create, maintain , and execute the Hardware ( HW ) achievement plan; track milestone progress versus project targets. Ensure all HW Product Development Process ( PDP ) deliverables are completed on schedule; prevent PDP gate stops due to HW deliverables. Prepare and r epresent the project during HW reviews and ensure data accuracy. First point of contact for HW project-related topics toward the regional project organization.
