Description The Baker is responsible for producing consistent, high quality fresh pasta, baked goods, confections, and other dessert products, at the best possible price; emphasizing non-harmful products that have a low impact on the environment and supports local suppliers and producers. Wage Range: $20.00-$26.00 per hour: AM & PM shifts available: Full Time 32-40 hours per week Open Availability Required: Requirements: Essential Functions: · Follows recipes to prepare and assemble ingredients to create baked goods · Ensures baked goods are consistent in quality and quantity · Creates or follows daily list of must-have products · Preps ingredients as necessary · Adheres to all food safety procedures · Maintains integrity of tried and true recipes · Ensures accuracy of items that are prepared so that product and signage always match · Ensures food is readily available for the customer · Follows appropriate time table for preparing and stocking bakery case · Adheres to all time goals applicable to position · Actively participates in all food rotation program, adhering to pull dates and schedules. · Makes sure proper signage is available for items · Utilizes all closing and opening c...
