For our Wind Generator Factory in Adana, we are looking for a Production Professional as a member of the Factory Team. This role will be responsible for Production Management, shopfloor coordination, production planning and manufacturing performance optimization. What are my responsibilities?: What do I need to qualify for this job? What else do I need to know? - Manage and supervise production shopfloor activities including work order execution, operator coordination and shift management - Develop and implement production workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing processes - Monitor production KPIs such as output, cycle time, efficiency, scrap rate and on-time delivery performance - Coordinate with planning, logistics and engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to schedules - Support production planning by defining sequence of operations, capacity utilization and lead time optimization - Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks using Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methods - Lead or support problem-solving activities on the shopfloor using structured methodologies (e.g., root cause ana...
