We’re looking for a highly analytical, performance driven Paid Media Manager to lead paid search and paid social across our full nursery portfolio. This hands on role covers planning, executing, optimising and reporting on campaigns for 270 nurseries, with a strong focus on occupancy growth, cost efficiency and measurable ROI. You’ll manage PPC and paid social end to end while working cross functionally to ensure activity is insight led, conversion focused and aligned to business priorities.
