Product Assurance Engineer

Job description

As a Product Assurance Engineer at Spire, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of our space systems as we expand our fleet and take on new missions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in aerospace, space, or other high‑reliability environments who is looking to deepen their expertise and contribute directly to mission success. You will work closely with senior PA staff, engineering teams, and project managers to support the full lifecycle of Product Assurance activities. What You’ll Do: - You will support the implementation of Product Assurance processes across assigned projects or subsystems, including: - Contributing to the definition and flow‑down of PA requirements based on customer and project specifications - Supporting compliance verification activities and helping document/justify deviations where required - Assisting in the development and maintenance of Project PA Plans and ensuring they are followed throughout the project lifecycle - Participating in reviews, audits, and technical meetings, providing PA input as needed - Supporting the management of non‑conformities internally and with suppliers, ensuring pro...
