Job description

Shift Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 330p-1a Shift Differential: $1.50: This entry-level role supports the overall upkeep of the facility with a strong emphasis on grounds maintenance, landscaping, and exterior property care. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment across all outdoor areas, including seasonal duties such as snow and ice removal. Training will be provided to develop the skills necessary for growth within the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to all safety standards, policies, and procedures. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and general upkeep of exterior areas Execute snow and ice removal operations, including shoveling, plowing, salting, and de-icing walkways, parking lots, and access points to ensure safe conditions Maintain cleanliness and organization of exterior spaces, including waste removal, debris cleanup, and upkeep of common areas Assist with basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, physical structures, and exterior assets under the guidance of leadership Support gene...
