Benefits: TURQUOISE PLACE SECURITY GUARD Job Description: Responsible for maintaining the security and the safety of the people on property (guests, owners, team members, vendors) by enforcing the Rules and Regulations concerning the use and enjoyment of Turquoise Place. Responsible for controlling/monitoring property access and egress. Responsible for monitoring alarm systems and composing incident reports, performing proactive foot patrols, directing traffic, and liaise with police/fire/ems.
