Classification Title: MGR, Health Care Admin Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: The College of Dentistry is recruiting for the position of Manager of Health Care Administration, in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This position is responsible to provide leadership to the OMFS clinic and office staff and manage the day to day financial, business, patient customer service, and clinic operations; formulate and recommend policies and procedures to effectively administer the clinic operations; develop and recommend new processes to improve and ensure the success of the clinic; and operate within budget guidelines and target metrics. Clinical and Administrative Management: Manages administration, operations and leadership of the clinical and business staff for the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Ensure all practices are up to Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
