Position Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PM team in Pomezia (Rome). The role will report to the Reprocessing PMO team and is responsible for leading the design and development of Capital / Consumable products to meet customers’ and business needs. The incumbent will direct all phases of product development lifecycle from inception through commercialization / product launch. This individual will also organize and lead a cross-functional core team on product development programs through stage gates. Duties: - Collaborates with the Product Management team on business case justification. - Develops the cross-functional plan/execution strategy and drives implementation of identified products. - Ensures compliance with the NPD / Design Control / lifecycle management processes across all functions.
